Newest Perkins Board Member Takes Oath Of Office

Alison Judy, a mother of three Perkins Pirates, was sworn in as a member of the Perkins Board of Education during a special meeting on Wednesday, January 7. She was elected to the Perkins Board of Education in November 2025. 

Mrs. Judy is a lifelong Sandusky resident, a dedicated Perkins Township community member, and a proud mom of Perkins students—Eli (9th grade), Gunner (8th grade), and Raegan (6th grade).

For more than 20 years, she has served the community as a nurse at Fisher-Titus Medical Center, building a career rooted in care, trust, and advocacy.

Returning Board member Eric Lapata, also a parent of four Pirates, was also sworn in for his third full-term. He was first appointed to the Board in 2020, and re-elected in 2021 and 2025.
